Managing Partner of SCP Fulgence Law Firm, Maître Fulgence HABIYAREMYE, is a member of the Burkina Faso Bar Association, the Rwanda Bar Association and the East Africa Law Society (EALS).
He began his professional career with the Barthélemy KERE law firm in late 2001 as a jurist and practiced as a trainee lawyer from May 2007 until his admission to the bar in May 2009. After becoming a full lawyer, he continued his career with the same firm from 2009 to December 2020, before opening his own law firm, Fulgence Law Firm, which became SCP Fulgence Law Firm in January 2025.
Maître Fulgence HABIYAREMYE has developed particular expertise in mining and energy law, corporate law, labor law and securities law. He also has in-depth knowledge of international contract law, particularly in the fields of major project financing, Public-Private Partnership contracts, mining transactions and international acquisitions. He appears before the courts of Burkina Faso and the WAEMU.

Maître Sylvain Charles ZAGRE, Associate Lawyer, holds a master's degree in business law and taxation. He was sworn in to the Burkina Faso Bar in 2019. His initial training took place at the Salifou DEMBELE law firm. This step enabled him to strengthen his skills in business law and taxation.
In 2021, he joined Bile-Aka, Brizoua-Bi et Associés in Côte d'Ivoire. From this prestigious firm, he acquired high-level regional experience. He worked there for two years, first as a trainee and then as an associate. Sylvain Charles ZAGRE joined Fulgence Law Firm in October 2023, as an associate. After a fruitful collaboration, he became co-founder of SCP Fulgence Law Firm.
His consulting work focuses on mergers & acquisitions, financing and arbitration. He advises national and multinational clients in the OHADA region. He is also involved in litigation management, before the courts and tribunals, in business law, criminal law, civil law, transport law, mining law and tax law. He appears before the courts and tribunals of Burkina Faso and the WAEMU.
