Introduction to SCP Fulgence Law Firm
SCP Fulgence Law Firm is an international bilingual (French–English) law firm, formed from the transformation of the former Fulgence Law Firm, founded in 2021 by Attorney Fulgence HABIYAREMYE.
Since 1 January 2025, the firm has adopted the status of a Professional Civil Society (SCP), thereby strengthening its structure and positioning.
Maître Fulgence HABIYAREMYE
Attorney Fulgence HABIYAREMYE, a member of the Bar of Burkina Faso since 2009 and of the Rwanda Bar since 2020, has more than twenty years of experience in legal advisory and litigation practice. He is recognized for his expertise in mining law, corporate law, labor law, energy law, securities law, and international contract law. His excellence has been acknowledged by Chambers & Partners, which ranks him Band 1 in business law in the Burkina Faso Bar (2020–2025).
Maître Sylvain Charles ZAGRE
Attorney Sylvain Charles ZAGRE, holder of a master’s degree in business law and taxation from Thomas Sankara University, has been a member of the Bar of Burkina Faso since 2019. With experience in prestigious law firms in both Burkina Faso and Côte d’Ivoire, he has developed strong expertise in commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and arbitration within the OHADA
